It checks in
A notification before she opens anything. Pulsey asks how last night landed, from her own last month, and can log how something felt in her words.
Pulsey
Most digital health products are chatbots on a generic, male-default baseline. Pulsey is a stateful agent on the record. It can check in, push a notification, or text, then keep the conversation. In-app text is in the product today. It will not diagnose.
Designed for every stakeholder
Athletes
A notification before she opens anything. Pulsey asks how last night landed, from her own last month, and can log how something felt in her words.
Coaches
Pulsey can push who moved off her own range before first session. You can answer from the app or a text. It cannot return bloodwork.
Athletic trainers
The overnight list, with phase next to the reading. Soft-tissue notes from clinic land on Friday's session. Labs stay with the clinician.
Clinicians
Pulsey can assemble wearables, the week, and lab PDFs before you sit down. A value from a PDF stays in review until you approve it.
In the app or over text
Pulsey can push a notification, start a text, or pick up in the Pulse OS app. The thread is the same. In-app text is in the product today. The lock screen and SMS views are wireframes of that thread.

Last night was short of your usual. How are you feeling?
Morning. You slept 5.9 hours last night, short of your usual 7.1. How are you feeling?
From last night's Oura sleep and your HRV.
Pulsey reached her first. Specimen on stored Amara readings. Pulsey is not a clinician. Lock screen and SMS are wireframes.
Why this is not a generic assistant
A male-default model compares her to a mixed cohort. Pulsey compares her to her own trailing month. Cycle sits next to load. A coach query cannot bind labs. A lab PDF stays in review until a clinician signs it.
In the app or over text
The same thread can land as a lock-screen notification, inside Pulse OS, or as a text. She answers in her own words. Voice is not on the public product today. We will not print a speech stack we cannot show you.
